🛠 Customization Process

1. Place Your Order Upload your design directly on this page.

2. Artwork Preparation Feel free to upload a picture of your patch or digital image. The higher the resolution the better. We always clean up and recreate low-res photos, scans, or sketches into a crisp 3D model. If your file requires significant reconstruction, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Proof Review You will receive a digital 3D mockup showcasing the layout, colors, and raised details. Minor adjustments can be made during this step.

4. Production & Shipping Once you approve the proof, your custom piece is individually printed, finished, securely packed, and shipped.

• Digital Proof: Within 1–3 business days.

• Production: 3–7 business days after your proof approval.

• Shipping: Flat-rate options available via USPS Ground ($5) or USPS Priority Mail ($10).

⚠️ Important Production Notes

• Design & Clarity: 2D artwork is converted into a 3D printable design. Fine text or ultra-thin lines may be simplified to ensure clean execution. Highly detailed designs look best on our larger size options.

• 3D Printed Finish: Your plaque is built layer-by-layer using premium PLA plastic. Minor surface variations and visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process, not defects. This is not an injection-molded product.
